Dear BeYC member
The club would like to invite you to a Member’s Forum and casual end-of-season get together on Saturday 24th April. The Forum will consist of a PowerPoint display of the progress the Strategic Planning Sub-Committee has made in the areas of Marketing, Sailing Training and Assets and Facilities followed by an opportunity for members to ask questions and give comments. Prior to the Forum, and after the trophy race planned for that day, we will provide some light eats to be consumed within our covid-19 protocols. All members are encouraged to attend and participate in this very important stage of the club’s development. The Agenda for the day will follow these approximate timelines:
2.15 pm Trophy Race.
4.00 pm. Light eats and refreshments at bar prices.
4.30 pm. PowerPoint presentation.
5.00 pm Open forum.
6.30 pm Forum finishes.
