Saturday the 8th of February was a busy day out at the club, the first sail training for the year was conducted with 12 attendees ranging from youth to adults. 

For members and guests arriving at the club at lunch time the place was buzzing with the running of the Hawkins / Ginnivan challenge cup we hosted Cairn Curren Sailing Club this year and after 2 races in great sailing conditions, the Challenge cup was awarded to Cairn Curren this year. We hope they manage to get a Catamaran or two on the water next year so we can get the benefit of our capable Cat sailors in the scoring calculations.

This coming weekend kicks off with the next Twilight race on Thursday 13th followed on Saturday with races 7 and 8 of the Kimbolton championship series.

Sailing school will run in the morning and lunch will be available from noon.
